CJ Hendry is an artist from Brisbane, a city in Australian State of Queensland. Besides famous with her black and white paintings, this artist also creates new works, which is named Complementary Colours.<\/p>\n

Some of her black and white works such as Chanel perfume bottle and Kayne West’s face with $100 are quite well known among artists, American citizens, even the whole world.<\/p>\n

This artist with the age of 28 even have opened her own first event in New York, The Trophy Room, in a gallery at Greene Street by showing some of her black and white paintings.<\/p>\n

This time, CJ comes back with a new art project. She turns from black and white pieces to dynamic colour pose.<\/p>\n

Even though the pieces are like a big splash of paint, she only uses colored pencils in making these works.<\/p>\n

You really need to be patient in creating these Complementary Colours works, a layer of dried pigmen, and skills, to create such amazing realistic pieces.<\/p>\n

When you see the result of these Complementary Colours, maybe you will think that is a big splash of paint and never think that these works are only made with colored pencils.<\/p>\n
