These authentic pieces of art can be found even in the center of history in Portuguese Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Even though there has been graffiti in Portugal for decades already, there were two important initiatives that supported the urban arts, such as the creation of GAU (Urban Art Gallery) in 2008, a Lisbon City Hall which is designed to regenerate Bairro Alto project, and CRONO in 2010.
